Carl Nell states plainly that NHI exists, has interacted with humanity for a long time, and that unelected officials are aware — and Richard Dolan reinforces this, saying insiders like Karl Nell, Chris Mellon, Gary Nolan, and Hal Puthoff ‘know definitively’ rather than guess. Matthew Pines reports secondhand that UAP Task Force polygraphs even probed loyalty to ‘any non-human faction,’ suggesting the premise is taken seriously inside the security state.

The most heavily corroborated threads concern origins and bodies. John Blitch’s claim that humans are part of a genetic experiment run by non-human intelligences carries the deepest corroboration (two other claims), echoing Congressman Eric Burchett’s account of a DoD project splicing non-human genetic material into humans, and José Zce’s assertion that ‘the beings have 30% completely different DNA.’ Separately, Dr. David Ruiz argues the tridactyl skulls show no headbinding and represent real non-human beings visiting for thousands of years — also corroborated twice. Witnesses repeatedly describe telepathic, benevolent-feeling contact. On origin: Richard Dolan argues UAP are more likely extraterrestrial than interdimensional or time travelers, while Jake Kobrin holds that magic and UFOlogy entities are one phenomenon filtered through cultural lenses, and Kevin Kuth insists they are permanently present on Earth, not regular star-system visitors.
