Stream A — AI Ops Audit (“KI-Betriebs-Check”)
Fixed-price productized audit for German SMEs/Mittelstand, billed through MIA UG (operating UG in the locked €500/hr → CHUG-sweep structure). Consultancy-first wedge into the EU SME Compliance Autopilot opportunity (36/50 in Cambium business research).
Status: launch-ready assets, council feedback applied. Nothing deployed, sent, or purchased.

OUTREACH.md |
3 channels + 9 copy-paste messages (all prices “netto”, €990 named wherever teased, guarantee wording matched to template G everywhere) + Erstgespräch script (3 qualifying questions, pitch, verbal guarantee, exact close) + Week 2 wave (day-5 DM batch, second LinkedIn post H, IHK/Mittelstand-Digital message I) + template G: Auftragsbestätigung (client replies „bestätigt” = deal) |

Key decisions made overnight
- Price €1,490 net, not €750 — €750 would undercut the locked €500/hr rate; €1,490 ≈ rate parity with agent leverage as margin.
- €990 founding price is PUBLIC (council decision applied) — it was teased in outreach but hidden on the page; now it’s on the price card (struck-through €1,490 anchor), in the OG image, and named in every message. Consistent price story everywhere a prospect can look. After audit #5: remove from page + OG image.
- Payment at commissioning, universally (council) — the “14 days net for known parties” carve-out is deleted; kickoff is scheduled once payment lands. Month-one buyers are exactly the known parties the carve-out would have exempted.
- Peer comparison de-clawed (council) — page bullet changed from “mit Branchenvergleich” to “(0–100) mit qualitativer Peer-Einordnung”; no benchmark dataset exists, and the playbook already mandated qualitative-only framing.
- German-first landing page; EN section below the fold for the startup segment.
- Compliance framed as “Standortbestimmung”, never legal advice (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz) — on page, offer, Auftragsbestätigung, and report template.
- Masawa channel restricted to personal relationships only — nothing through fund brand/resources given the co-founder situation. Bio block on the page frames Masawa as credential, MIA as the personal advisory vehicle, “unabhängig vom Fondsgeschäft”.
- Sender identity: page explains the MIA ↔ Unicorn.Land ↔ ops@unicorn.land relationship in one line under the hero CTA (“Anfragen landen direkt bei Joshua Haynes”). Council’s alternative (MIA-domain address) stays open — see morning action 3.
Council feedback — anything not applied?
All must-fix items were applied. One partial: the council suggested either an MIA-domain email or an explanation line — the explanation line is done tonight (no new email address can be created overnight without account actions); Cal.com as primary CTA is a morning action because account creation is human-only per the hard rules.
MORNING ACTIONS (human-only, in order)
- Confirm the price decision (2 min): €990 founding price is now public on the page with the €1,490 anchor. If you’d rather keep €990 DM-only, revert the price card + hero price-tag in
index.htmland strip €990 from Messages A/A-EN/B/C/D/E inOUTREACH.md. - Create the Cal.com booking link (10 min): free account, event “KI-Betriebs-Check — Erstgespräch, 15 Min.”, DE+EN description. Then swap it in as primary CTA href in all 3 CTAs in
index.html(comments mark the spots) and wherever OUTREACH.md messages offer a call. Keep mailto as secondary. - Fill the legal placeholders (5 min):
impressum.html— street, PLZ, phone, HRB-Nr. (AG Charlottenburg), USt-IdNr.;datenschutz.html— booking-tool name/link once Cal.com exists. Data is in your MIA filings folder. (Fonts are now self-hosted — the Google Fonts Datenschutz section is gone; nothing to decide.) - Add your photo (5 min): drop
joshua.jpgnext toindex.htmland swap it for the holographic-dot placeholder in the “Wer macht das Audit?” section (comment marks the spot). Also skim the bio line — it uses the personal-hat Masawa framing. - Preview:
open /Users/joshua/Projects/Unicorn.Land-overnight/overnight/audit-service/index.html— check DE copy in your voice. Set the realog:url/og:imageURLs in the meta tags once the deploy path is known. - Deploy (only you): copy
index.html,impressum.html,datenschutz.html,og-image.pngand thefonts/directory into.deploy/audit/in the main repo, commit, push. Impressum/Datenschutz must be live before ANY outreach (Impressumspflicht). - Fill PROSPECTS.md (15 min, before opening LinkedIn): 15 rows, run the 3-question filter. Then:
- LinkedIn (15 min): post Message A, A-EN as first comment, live URL swapped in.
- DMs (45 min): Messages B/C to the top 10 qualified rows in PROSPECTS.md; log send dates.
- Slack communities (15 min): Message D where rules allow; otherwise 3 DMs.
- Masawa orbit: pick the 3–5 unambiguous personal relationships (PROSPECTS.md guardrail), send Message E — or park the channel if timing feels wrong.
- Invoice prep (10 min): duplicate the MIA UG invoice layout and fill it from
INVOICE-TEMPLATE.md— the § 14 UStG checklist and the exact line item (€ 990,00 + € 188,10 USt. = € 1.178,10) are ready to paste. PDF is fine (see the E-Rechnung note there).
Verification checklist before outreach
- [ ] Impressum/Datenschutz live, linked, placeholders filled

- [ ] Both prefilled-mailto CTAs open in Mail.app with intact umlauts (Erstgespräch, Grüße)
- [ ] LinkedIn URL opens YOUR profile — click both links on the live page (hero bio + EN card) and the one in OUTREACH.md
- [ ] Price consistent: €990 founding / €1,490 anchor, everywhere “netto”; B2B/§ 14 BGB line visible under the price card
- [ ] og:url + og:image match the actual deployed path — test with LinkedIn Post Inspector BEFORE posting Message A
- [ ] Fonts load from /audit/fonts/ (no requests to fonts.googleapis.com in DevTools network tab)
- [ ] Rechtsberatung disclaimer present on the live page
- [ ] Photo + bio block reviewed (personal-hat framing intact)
