Transition Tunes — Custom Regulation Songs for Neurodivergent Kids

One-page spec · 2026-07-14 · Status: launch-ready assets, not launched

Customer

Parents (and a smaller ring of SLPs/OTs/music therapists) of neurodivergent kids aged ~2–10 — FASD, autism, ADHD, PDA — who fight the same 3–5 transitions every single day: tooth-brushing, getting dressed, school drop-off, leaving the playground, bedtime. They already know songs work (every parent has seen the clean-up song do what no amount of asking could). They cannot find a song that has their kid’s name, their kid’s dinosaur obsession, and their exact routine steps in it. Buyer is the parent; user is the child. Markets: English (US/UK/global FB groups, r/FASD) and German (DACH Pflege-parent groups) — served natively by the same seller.

Offer

A bespoke, professionally produced transition song, written by a songwriter who is also an FASD dad living the transition wars daily. Not AI slop with a name pasted in: Joshua writes the lyric and melody around the child’s name, special interest, sensory profile, and the literal steps of the routine; AI tools handle production polish (arrangement, mix, stems).

Deliverables per song: - 1 custom song, ~60–120 seconds, in the family’s chosen style (gentle folk, upbeat pop, lullaby, “movie soundtrack epic” for the dino kid) - MP3 (320kbps) + optional instrumental version - Printable lyric/picture card (A4 PDF, agent-generated): lyrics + step-by-step routine icons, fridge/bathroom-mirror ready - One free revision (tempo, a line that doesn’t land, name pronunciation)

Delivery mechanics

  1. Intake: Tally form — child’s name (+ pronunciation), age, transition, exact routine steps in order, special interest, musical style, words/sounds to avoid (sensory triggers), language (EN/DE).
  2. Write: Joshua drafts lyric + melody (piano/voice memo). 30–60 min. This is the moat; it stays human.
  3. Produce: Suno (or comparable) for full production from his melody/lyric; agent pipeline preps prompts, checks name pronunciation, renders variants; he picks and polishes. 30–60 min.
  4. Card: Agent generates the lyric/picture card PDF from the intake data. ~0 min human time.
  5. Deliver: Email with MP3 + PDF within 5 business days (promise 5, aim for 3). Unit economics: 1–2 h/song at €79 → €40–79/h of work he’d happily do free. COGS ≈ €0.5/song (tool sub amortized + Stripe fee ~€1.55).
