AI Ops Audit — The Productized Offer
Stream A · Overnight launch sprint 2026-07-14 · Billed through MIA UG
One-liner
In fünf Werktagen wissen Sie genau, wo KI in Ihrem Unternehmen Geld spart — und wo sie Sie rechtlich angreifbar macht. Festpreis, kein Beratermarathon.
EN: In five business days you know exactly where AI saves your company money — and where it exposes you legally. Fixed price, no consulting marathon.
Target customer (named, specific)
German SME / Mittelstand, 10–100 employees, €2M–€50M revenue, Berlin/DACH. Buyer: Geschäftsführer:in or Head of Operations at a company that is:
- Digitized but manual — they run on Office 365/Google, DATEV, a CRM, email, Excel
- Feeling AI pressure (“our competitors are using it, our staff is pasting things into ChatGPT”)
- Newly in scope of EU rules: AI Act obligations are live (AI-literacy duty under Art. 4 since Feb 2025, GPAI/transparency obligations phased in through Aug 2026), plus NIS2 and GDPR enforcement tightening
- Too small for a Big-4 engagement, too exposed to do nothing
Secondary: impact startups / fund-backed companies in Joshua’s Berlin orbit — same audit, faster sales cycle, referenceable logos.
This is the consultancy-first wedge for the “EU SME Compliance Autopilot” idea (scored 36/50 in Cambium business research — high ceiling, slow start; the audit converts the slow start into paid discovery).
The promise
“Der KI-Betriebs-Check”: one fixed-price audit → a ranked, euro-quantified action plan + a compliance exposure snapshot, in 5 business days, with ~90 minutes of your time.
Not a strategy deck. Not a workshop. A concrete list: these 10 processes, this tool stack change, these 3 quick wins you can ship this month, these 2 legal exposures you must close.
Scope — what gets audited
- AI-Readiness — data hygiene, process documentation maturity, team AI literacy (maps directly to the Art. 4 AI-literacy duty), current shadow-AI usage
- Automation opportunities — the 5–10 highest-friction workflows (quotes, invoicing, support email, reporting, scheduling), each scored on hours/month saved × implementation effort
- Tool stack — what they pay for, what overlaps, what an AI layer replaces or augments; DE/EU-hosting and DSGVO posture of each tool
- Quick wins — 3 automations implementable in <2 weeks with existing tools, with step-level implementation notes
- Compliance exposure snapshot — AI Act role classification (deployer vs. provider), GDPR/AI intersection (employee data in prompts, DPAs, AVV status), NIS2 in-scope check. Explicitly framed as a technical/organizational assessment, not legal advice (keine Rechtsberatung).
Out of scope (and said so, to protect margin): implementation, custom development, legal opinions, ongoing monitoring. Each is the upsell.
Deliverable spec
- AI Ops Report (PDF, 15–20 pages, DE or EN):
- AI-Readiness Score (0–100, 4 sub-scores) with peer framing
- Tool-stack map (current vs. recommended)
- Opportunity table: 10 automations ranked by ROI (€/yr saved, effort, risk)
- 3 Quick Wins with implementation recipes
- Compliance snapshot: red/amber/green per obligation, with next action each
- 90-day roadmap (do-it-yourself, or with MIA at €500/hr)
- 60-min readout call (Joshua) — walk the findings, answer questions
- One-page executive summary the GF can forward to shareholders/beirat
Price: €1,490 net (zzgl. 19% USt.) — fixed
Why €1,490 and not the ~€750 floor:
- Rate integrity. Joshua’s locked model is €500/hr through MIA UG. Delivery costs ~3 hrs of his time → €750 would price the audit below his consulting rate and anchor future work low. €1,490 ≈ 3 hrs at rate, with agent-side leverage as margin.
- Buyer math. A compliance officer costs €80k+/yr; a Big-4 readiness assessment starts at €15–30k; a single found quick win typically saves €5–20k/yr. €1,490 is a rounding error against any of these — cheap enough to sign off without procurement, expensive enough to be taken seriously by a Geschäftsführer. Sub-€1,000 reads “freelancer gig”, not “audit”.
- Funnel economics. The audit is paid discovery for €500/hr implementation retainers and, later, the Compliance Autopilot product. 4 audits/month = €5,960 ≈ 60% of the 6-month €10k/month goal from one stream, at ~12 hrs of billable-equivalent time.
- Room to discount. Launch cohort (“first 5 companies”) gets €990 net as the founding-customer price without ever touching €750. Anchoring high, discounting deliberately. Decision (post-council): the €990 founding price is public — it appears on the landing page price card (with the €1,490 anchor struck through), in the OG image, and in every outreach message, so the price story is identical everywhere a prospect can look. After audit #5, remove the founding line from the page and OG image; €1,490 stands.
Billing: MIA UG invoice, 100% payable at commissioning — universally, warm network included. The kickoff is scheduled once payment has landed (a completely normal condition for a Festpreis engagement, and it filters non-serious buyers). No net-terms carve-out for known parties: month-one buyers ARE the known parties, and net-14 would push all month-one cash into month two. Revenue lands in the operating UG per the locked structure (salary → sweep surplus to CHUG).
Guarantee
Quick-Win-Garantie: If the audit doesn’t identify at least 3 concrete automations with combined estimated savings of at least €10,000/year, the audit is free (full refund).
Why this works: the bar is nearly always clearable for any 10+ person company (email triage alone usually crosses it), it converts skeptical Mittelstand buyers, and it signals confidence without promising implementation outcomes we don’t control.
Positioning guardrails
- Sold as MIA (Masawa Impact Advisory UG) service; Unicorn.Land design system is the visual language, MIA is the legal seller. Landing page footer carries MIA Impressum.
- Keine Rechtsberatung disclaimer everywhere the compliance snapshot is mentioned (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz).
- No claims of “AI Act certification” — no such thing exists yet; we say “Standortbestimmung” / “exposure snapshot”.
