Warm-DM Roster — 15 targets, Sprint-first
Goal of this outbound wave: 3 qualified emerging-GP / foundation conversations about a Structure Sprint (from €5,000) within 2 weeks. Memos (€500) are the fallback close and the founder-side ask. That is the path to the €5k+ first engagement — not two memos.
The fleet cannot see Joshua’s private contacts, so where no name is public, the row gives the archetype + the exact LinkedIn search to fill it from your own network. Morning job = fill names from your head/1st-degree connections (10 min), paste the drafted line, send. No research session needed — if a search turns up nobody you know, skip the row; 12 sent beats 15 perfect.
Templates
Template A — fund-side / referrer (rows 1–10, the priority):
[PERSONALIZED FIRST LINE from the row]
I’ve productized the fund-structuring work I’ve done for years into a fixed-scope Structure Sprint for emerging GPs and foundations designing vehicles with non-standard economics — impact-linked carry, catalytic first-loss tranches, donation-as-investment. LPA economics memo + waterfall model + two working sessions + one revision after their counsel weighs in. From €5,000, versus the €40k+ fund-counsel exploration it replaces.
Who do you know that’s designing a fund or foundation vehicle right now and hasn’t engaged fund counsel yet? Happy to send the one-pager.
Template B — founder-side (rows 11–15):
[PERSONALIZED FIRST LINE from the row]
Quick one: I’ve turned my deal-mechanics work into a fixed-price memo — €500, 5 pages, 5 days — for founders raising blended or catalytic capital their lawyer has never papered. Names the instrument, sketches the waterfall, flags the tax/reg tripwires, hands them the negotiating language.
Who in your orbit is wrestling with a weird capital stack right now? One-pager here: [URL]

Rules
- Rows 1–10 get Template A (Sprint), rows 11–15 get Template B (memo). If a row-1–10 person is clearly founder-side in your head, swap templates — the roster serves you, not vice versa.
- Ask for referrals, not sales (“who do you know…”) except rows 1–3, 7, 12 where the person may be the buyer — there, ask directly about their vehicle/deal.
- Founding-client offer (first Sprint at €5,000 flat, first two memos at €500 with a “quote me if it’s useful” ask) is allowed; free work is not.
- Track replies in a simple note: name / template / reply? / qualified? (named live deal or vehicle + a real “how do I buy” question) / next step.
