Prospect Worksheet — fill BEFORE opening LinkedIn

No contact data was gathered overnight (deliberately — the list must come from Joshua’s head/LinkedIn). This worksheet turns “send to 10 warm contacts” from a vibe into a checklist. Fill the table over coffee, THEN open LinkedIn and work top-down.

Qualification filter — all 3 must be “yes” (or don’t send)

  1. Runs an SME or advises one? GF / Head of Ops / founder at a 10–100 person company — or a trusted advisor one intro away from one.
  2. Decision-maker or one intro away? Can they say yes to €990/€1,490 themselves, or warmly introduce the person who can?
  3. Relationship survives a pitch? If they never reply, is the relationship still fine? If a pitch would feel like a betrayal of the relationship, use Message F’s referral-ask framing instead — or skip.

Extra guardrail for rows tagged masawa-orbit: the relationship must be unambiguously personal (would you text them about non-work things?). Nothing through fund channels, brand, or shared resources.

Sources to mine (in order of warmth)

  1. Former colleagues now in GF/ops roles (LinkedIn: filter 1st-degree by “Geschäftsführer”, “COO”, “Head of Operations”, Berlin/DACH)
  2. Founders Joshua has advised personally
  3. Berlin AI-builder Slack members he has actually talked to (not just co-members)
  4. Masawa-orbit personal relationships (apply the extra guardrail above; cap at 3–5)
